“During this first preparatory meeting for the African Health Leadership Award in Cameroon,
which will be coupled with the sixth edition of the Health Leadership Award in Cameroon, we reviewed the fifth edition. It was a question of assessing what worked and identifying what needs to be improved. We also discussed with Cameroonians who are in the diaspora? We had Germany, Switzerland, etc. We had doctors who came, independent
organisations, orders that responded. We discussed the different categories to be rewarded this year, the major issues. There are things that we are not going to reveal at the moment because these points need to be improved. But what is certain is that there will be a double ceremony of the African Health Leadership Award in Cameroon and the sixth edition of the Cameroon Health Leadership Award.
