“I accepted to cross the Mediterranean and the Sahara with great pleasure to attend the opening of these 2nd Cameroonian days of clinical biology. And it is, above all, with a lot of enthusiasm and hope that I am attending. The sector has two concerns. The first is the quality system. We need to be sure that the results we deliver to you are reliable and valid and are expressed according to the regulations. The second thing is that this is an extremely delicate area. You need human competence to make it work. And it requires a certain amount of regulation of the whole public and private sector. And I am pleased to hear the national policy document that has been developed ».
